We are all sleeping a lot better now.  Not every night, but more often.  Lucas sleeps 4 hours in a row most nights and Eliot is almost there too.  Going to bed at night is getting better too, though there are many exceptions.  They have started taking a probiotic everyday and that seems to help a lot with gas and stomach pain.  It is called Florastor Kids and it is excellent!

I am doing really well too.  I feel almost back to normal and have started a Pilates class 3 times a week to get back in shape.  I have a wonderful babysitter every weekday for 5 hours who allows me some much needed personal time.  Without her, the boys totally run my life :)   The weather has been beautiful here and I have been enjoying the outdoors and the Fall colors with the boys and with Bertram.  We all went for a 5 mile forest hike last weekend while the colors were at their peak.  It was 75 degrees and so beautiful.  The boys loved being carried in their bjorns and smelling the fresh air.  They were so calm the whole time.

Bertram and I are looking to buy a house in upstate NY to move into as soon as possible.  I’ll keep you updated on our search.

Here are some new pictures of Eliot with his grandma Bev.  It is hard to get a good picture of him because he is constantly moving and his facial expressions change every second.  I am never satisfied with the pictures of the babies that I take because they never end up looking anything like them, but I will post some anyway.  The boys are now almost 8 weeks old and they are changing so much.  It is fun to see their little personalities emerging.  They have a doctors appointment Monday, their first round of shots (yuck!) and I bet they’ll weigh around 12 or 13 pounds!  They are huge!  Eliot is especially chunky and has so many sweet rolls.  I am so busy with them right now but I wanted to put some new pictures up for all to see.  They are so active and have such clear and focused eyes, it’s wonderful.  They smile now too and it melts your heart every time.  They are really beautiful boys.  When Lucas wakes up, I’ll take some pictures of him too and post them on here as soon as they allow me to :)
